How do i make payments?

As a rule of the company we expect our guests to pay us 100% of the tour cost as soon as you confirm your tour, only then we can proceed with your visas, hotels and other bookings. However, we do not recommend making any advance payments without confirming your tour, this could lead us into unnecessary misunderstandings, we will of course refund you according to our cancellation policy yet there will be transfer charges which you will have to bear. So, we highly recommend making your payments only after you confirm your tour and in consultation with us, once we confirm only then you can make the payments.  

The reason why we ask for 100%  payment is due to the costs involved in having to pay our counterparts to book our necessities, this includes everything that is needed to run a smooth tour starting from hotels, visas, cars, guides and others. It all requires advance payments. Please note that in Bhutan we need to book all these in an advance, at least few months before otherwise we might have to make some adjustments and this can hinder  your tour after paying huge sum, thus taking no chances we always recommend our guests to book their tours in advance so that we can arrange everything in advance.

How do I make the payment and how secure is the payment ?

The only mode of payment is through wire transfer. The tour payment goes directly deposited into the account of the Tourism Council of Bhutan so the payment is very secure. We are in legitimate business and our company is registered with the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
