Kindly note that we address our Guides as the Tour Leaders and our Drivers as the Tour Captains, so we would like to request our esteemed guests to kindly help us address them as the Tour Leaders and Tour Captains during your tour with them. This is an initiative from Ola to thank them for their contributions to the company, tourism and nation at large. Ola believes in treating all our employees respectfully.

Why Leaders?

Because they have been leading the tour more than just guiding the tour, so we feel leader justifies their contributions. Leading a tour has never been easy, it is a real challenge is every sense, they get tested almost all the times on tours.

Why Captains?

For the same reason why the bus drivers are called Captains abroad, we feel this designation justifies their contributions. Driving on the roads of Bhutan is definitely not everybody’s cup of tea.
