Your guide will keep you safe as long as you stay on the trail and follow his instructions and top for a single trekkers the guide will pay special attention to make sure everything around you is safe too. We also provide you the alternative to choose both female guide and driver for your tour if you wish, for both male and female travellers bit it small or big groups. Not only for the trek you can also choose them for both cultural and other tours in Bhutan. Anyways on the trek you will not be alone, you will be accompanied by the trekking crew consisting of a trekking guide, a cook and his assistant, two to three horsemen, and several horses.

For nightlife, we recommend taking your guide along and ensuring the establishment is tourist-friendly. Guides and drivers do not drink alcohol while on duty. Many solo travelers enjoy socializing with their guides at bars in Thimphu and Paro. We also know several small and medium travel company owners who like to take their guests out for a drink or two. However, always be mindful of cultural differences.
